How to focus while working from home?
Take Lots of Breaks
To be at your most productive, the best thing you can do is take breaks. And lots of them too.
Every 15 minutes our memory retains new information. So, you can use this downtime to complete small chores. So walking away from the computer every quarter hour is good and that break allows the intel to soak in your brain like a sponge. Try pomodoro technique, in this take fifteen-minute break every 25 minutes and use any method except not to spend time scrolling social media. Get out of your workplace and move out for fifteen minutes.
Working for long in one position can be harmful for your body and your productive energy will be in big trouble. Take a few moments to stretch your muscles.

No More Distractions
Make it harder for your attention to divert by getting rid of any distractions. Don’t turn the TV on in the background, don’t check social media and put your phone on do not disturb.
Create a Schedule
When you’re overwhelmed, you’ll procrastinate. You’ll be putting things off because you don’t even know where to start. Plan your tasks for the whole week. To make sure that your goals are accomplished plan on what you want to achieve each hour every single day.
This exercise will keep you on track and you will be surprised by the free time left in your schedule!
Talk to someone
Not going physically to the offices leads to disappointment and can have adverse results on our work habits. One can get lonely.
By spending 90,000 hours of life in working means one-third of time spend on earth by the average person is surrounded by people and sometimes jobs are tolerable because of these people. You should be in touch with them so that social distancing doesn’t weaken your self confidence towards working and your coworkers may also want to hear from you because they may also be experiencing low morale.
Also if you remain out-of-sight and mind, you might get self-satisfactory with lazy work standards but interacting with humans can keep you on task and you always remain active in your work.
